Clean Coastal Living stands behind the roof cleaning services it provides to guarantee a permanent elimination of dark molds and algae from virtually any roofing system for a five-year period from the date of roof cleaning. Should any growth, such as algae, mildew streaks, lichens, or moss, reappear within our warranty term, Clean Coastal Living will schedule a time to your clean the regrowth from your shingles at no cost to the homeowner. The process is simple and hassle-free.

Warranty Stimulations

Failure to maintain a free and clear roof surface following cleaning operations, such as removing debris like acorns, leaves, and pine needles, will invalidate the roof cleaning warranty.

Stipulations

• Does not cover new or replacement roofing not originally treated by Clean Coastal Living.

• Acts of God determined by the local area.

• Pollen - Pollen is the male fertilizing agent of flowering plants, trees, grasses, and weeds. Metal roofs that get covered in pollen are not apart of this warranty.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of the roof’s surface and rain gutters (free from leaves, pine cones, pine needles, spanish moss, acorns, tree limbs, and other tree debris).

• Tree limbs must be trimmed at least eight feet from the roof surfaces

Transferable Warranty

Upon the decision to sell your home to new property owners, the warranty can be transferred, ensuring its fulfillment during the remaining duration.
